Commercial Construction Veteran Brings 28 Years Experience of Project Management to Construction Lending Services Role
Los Angeles, Calif., – February 4, 2016 GRS Group is pleased to announce that veteran engineer and commercial real estate construction services expert, Chris Corduan P.E., has joined its team as Director of Construction Lending Services.
Mr. Corduan is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York and has 28-years experience conducting Construction Plan and Cost Reviews and subsequent Loan Monitoring services for the construction of new buildings and the rehabilitation of existing structures.
He has personally written hundreds of ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and HUD-compliant PCA Reports—and has significant experience working directly with equity participants on complex construction projects including dozens of high profile construction projects in New York City.
Mr. Corduan’s prior work experience also includes Project Management for a large General Contractor in San Francisco. In this role, he conducted initial take-offs and estimating, bidding, and project management. Project types included seismic retrofit of existing structures, construction of new building cores and shell elements, and the installation of high-end tenant improvements for internet-based technology companies.
