GRS | Corteq provided assessment services on the $40.5 million acquisition of Timber Lodge Apartments new Denver.

Built in 1972, Timber Lodge delivers well-appointed one and two-bedroom apartment homes in a north Denver location. Currently 94 percent occupied, the property contains 390 units and recently underwent a $6.9 million renovation. Community features include a playground, a soccer field, a fitness center and community pool.
