GRS | Corteq recently provided transaction services on Merritt at Sugarloaf, a 424-unit multifamily asset in Duluth, GA, which was recently acquired for $68.85 million.  Built in 1999, and located near the Interstate 85/State Route 316 interchange, the property is currently 95 percent occupied.  The garden-style community includes one, two and three-bedroom floor plans, two swimming pools and a lake.  The buyer, Passco Cos. is a nationally recognized real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development, and management of multifamily and commercial properties throughout the U.S.
